Yogurt chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.

The recipe is again very easy to prepare. One of the ingredient that is the highlight of this recipe is mustard oil, which gives the chokha a slight pungent flavor. So do not skip it.

Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 2-3 boiled mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Saltto taste 
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves 
Preparation:

1.   Be ready with all the ingredients.

2.   Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and green chillies. Saute till the onions turn translucent brown.

3.  Add mashed potatoes, red chilly powder and salt and saute well.

4. Saute for a minute. Finally add the freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.

5.  Your dish is ready.
