Yogurt chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.

Poha is a healthy snack can be eaten as breakfast.

Ingredients:

1.    Poha - 2 cups
2.    Onion - 1 big
3.    Green chillies - 4 to 6
4.    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
5.    Sauf/ Fennel seeds - 1tsp
6.    Haldi powder - 3/4 tbsp
7.    Salt - As per taste
8.    Corriander powder - 1tsp
9.    Sugar - 1 tsp
10.  Lemon - 1/2
11.   Roasted peanuts - 3tbsp
12.   oil 
13.   Corriader leaves, pomegranate for garnishing

Instructions

  • Wash poha and soak in water. Cut onions and green chillies.
  • In a kadai add oil and heat. Add mustard seeds and sauf/fennel seeds, add onion and green chillies, saute till golden brown. Now add haldi powder, salt and corriander powder.
  • Mix well than add roasted peanuts. Now add poha and mix well.
  • Add Sugar and mix and keep on a low flame for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped onion, lemon, pmegranate and corriader leaves.

Serve hot with crispy jalebi.
