Yogurt chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.                                       

Jalebi

Jalebi is a Indian sweet. Jalebi is crisp from outside and juicy from inside. It can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients:

1.    Maida - 3/4 cup
2.    Baking powder - a pinch
3.    Baking Soda - a pinch
4.    Curd - 1/3 cup
5.    Ghee for deep frying
6.    For Sugar syrup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Saffron - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Rose water - 2tsp

Method:

  • For sugar syrup - Combine sugar with 1/3 cup of water together in a pan and cook on a medium flame till the sugar dissolves and is of one thread consistency. Stir continuosly. Add Saffron and rose water and mix well. Keep aside.
  • For batter -  Combine all the ingredients with 1/3 cup of water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and pipe the jalebi using a plastic bottle with nozzle.
  • Fry till crisp and transfer immediately into warm syrup.
  • Drain from sugar and serve hot.
