Yogurt chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.

Taro root paste

Ingredients for Taro root paste:

1.    Taro root cut into cube pieces - 1 cup
2.    Black cumin- 1tbsp
3.    Black pepper - 5 to 6
4.    Garlic - 7 to 8
5.    Coconut powder - 3tbsp (optional)
6.    Mustard oil - 2tbsp
7.    Salt - as per taste
8.    Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
9.    Chilly - 2 to 3

Instructions:

  • Boiled all taro root cubes covered for 2 to 3 mins in high flame. Drain all the water.
  • Take all the ingredients except salt, sugar and mustard oil and make fine paste in a mixer grinder (add water if needed).
  • After making paste take a frying pan, put mustard oil and add the paste and add salt and sugar (as per taste) and fry for 10 mins in medium flame.

Serve with hot rice
