Yogurt chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.                                       

Chenna poda - A special dish of Odissa

About Recipe:
Chhena poda is a cheese dessert from the Indian state of Odisha. Chhena poda literally means Roasted Cheese in Odia. 

Ingredients:
  1. Cottage cheese (Chenna) - 2 cups
  2. Sugar - As per taste
  3. Ghee - 2tbsp
  4. Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Semolina - 3tbsp
Preparation:
  • Mix sugar and semolina with cottage cheese until it forms a moist batter. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • If the batter turns thick add some water to it.
  • Add 1tbsp ghee and elaichi powder to the batter and mix well.
  • Than place that batter in a greased (ghee) baking pan.
  • Preheat ½ kg of salt in a pressure cooker for 6 to 7 minutes on high flame. 
  • Place the container inside the cooker.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes on medium flame without the whistle.
  • Bake it again for 15 minutes on low flame. 
  • After 15minutes, remove it from the container and let it cool down. 
  • After baking it, separate it from the corners and flip it upside down.

  • Cut into pieces as per your wish.
  • The Chenna Poda is ready to be served.
