Ingredients: 1. cups Curd  2. tbsp Sugar , powdered 3. 50 grams Dark chocolate , grated to garnish Method: Whisk  and curd with sugar till sugar dissolves completely. After mixing freeze the curd in a bowl for 30 minutes. Than in a glass add grated chococlate after that pour freezed curd and again make a layer of chocolate again pour curd. You can make chocolate layer with chocolate syrup. than again freeze it. serve chilled.

This is a simple and tasty dish  specially for kids. This you can have as breakfast.



Ingredients:

1.    4 slices bread
2.    2 boiled potatoes
3.    1/2 cup gram flour
4.    1 tbsp oil
5.    1/2 tsp red chilly powder
6.    Salt to taste
7.    2 Green chilies finely cut
8.    1 onion finely cut
9.    1/2 tsp chat masala
10.  1/2 tsp coriander powder
11.  1/2 tsp cumin powder
12.  1 tbsp butter
13.  1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped

Method:

  • Boil the potatoes and cool them. Grate the potatoes using a grater.
  • Add finely cut green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala and salt.
  • Mix well and keep aside.
  • To make the batter mix gram flour with water and make a batter of ribbon consistency.
  • To the batter add oil, salt and red chilly powder.
  • Take the bread slices and butter on them. Put the potato stuffing between 2 slices.
  • Dip the prepared sandwich in the batter.
  • Take a tawa and brush it with oil. Put the slices on it and let it shallow fry for 2 minutes. Now turn to the other side and apply some oil and shallow fry.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
