About Recipe:
Creamy, rich, and lip-smacking Reshmi Kaju Paneer curry recipe! It has a mildly sweet taste, is easy to make, and doesn’t require a lot of preparation. It is best served with chapatis, Tandoori Rotis or naan. You can also serve it with plain rice or jeera rice!
Ingredients:
- 70 gm cashew nut paste
- 120 gm tomato
- 2 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup yoghurt (curd)
- 1/4 grated coconut
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoon gasa gasa
- 120 gm cubed paneer
- 120 gm onion
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon refined oil
- 1 clove
- 4 curry leaves
Preparation of Kaju Paneer Masala:
To make this delicious paneer recipe, add a little oil in a pan and heat it over medium flame. cinnamon, clove and bay leaf in the oil and allow them to fry for around 30-40 seconds on moderate flame.
Step 2
Now, add the tomatoes and onions in the pan and saute them properly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cashew paste and stir fry the mixture for a minute on medium-high flame. After a few minutes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd in the pan. Mix well and simmer the ingredients for a minute or two.
Step 3
If you feel that the gravy is getting too thick, then add a little water in the pan and gently bring it to a boil. Add the paneer cubes and stir. Add the ground coconut paste and salt. After 2-3 minutes, remove the dish from the flame and transfer it in a serving bowl. Serve this delicious Paneer Cashew Curry with steamed or jeera rice.
